PropShare V1 is a manual-settlement demonstration portal for fractional share records in commercial real-estate assets. Share availability shown on listings is an application record, not a payment gateway balance.
Orders remain pending until a property accountant verifies settlement outside the system. Income distribution examples are illustrative and must not be treated as guaranteed yield.
Demo data
This is a demonstration platform. The investments displayed on PropShare V1 are not actual securities. No real money is processed, no blockchain tokens are issued, and no external wallets are connected.
Maintenance tickets are operational requests and do not alter ownership records. Tokenization is reserved for future product versions and is not available in V1.
Governance
Ownership records are maintained in a relational database after a property accountant manually confirms each settlement. Role-based access controls separate administrators, asset managers, property managers, maintenance, accountants, and investors.
Every state-changing request is CSRF-protected, every form POST is authenticated, and every audit-relevant action is written to an append-only audit log.
